Q: When is my rent due?
A: All rent is due on the 1st of each month.

Q: How often will my manager/caretaker check my smoke detector?
A: Smoke detectors are checked on a quarterly basis.  January, April, July and October.

Q: How do I give notice that I am moving?
A: Each property has its own specific rules for turning in your notice to move.
Please check your lease, contact your manager or Life Style, Inc. for the proper procedure.

Q: Can I have somebody move into my apartment?
A: Only those listed on your current lease are allowed to occupy the unit.  If you wish to add a person to your lease, they must complete an application and be approved by the main office before they can move in.
